Job Description
The Junior Product Manager is responsible for guaranteeing the success of a specific product or product features. Prior to production, they create the roadmap to guide a product from conception through design and into wide release.
This role reports to the Product and QA Manager, based in Singapore.
Role and Responsibilities
- Build revolutionary end-to-end products
- Define features, write product specifications, iterate on feedback, make data-driven decisions
- Analyse product requirements and develop appropriate programs to ensure they are met
- Translate product strategy into detailed requirements for prototyping and final development
- Drive products and/or features that adds user & business value
- Prioritise initiatives and projects appropriately
- Highlight potential risks or malfunctions and act proactively to resolve issues
- Perform market research and analysis
- Understand and plan out requirements from the various stakeholders
- Research in products and competitor analysis
Qualifications and Education Requirements
- At least 1 year of relevant experience in complete product life-cycle management, such as product goals, driving requirements, and product launch
- Experience in tech or Fintech related service company would be advantageous
- Knowledge in agile methodologies
- Experience working with cross-functional teams
- Well versed with the design thinking process
- Experience with project and product management tools such as JIRA, Confluence, Figma, or other similar tools
- Outstanding analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong communication skills and experience in facilitation
- Familiarity with responsive, adaptive or native design and mobile development processes.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and ambiguous environment
- Proactive in improving skills
