JOB SUMMARY
The Regional Director HR Operations will manage Humanica’s assigned country payroll outsourcing operations including people management, budget management, country statutory compliance, client engagement and service delivery.
You will own and ensure efficient delivery of Humanica SLAs with the assigned clients. You will also work collaboratively and help solutions delivery, technology and product development teams to improve the services performance and project management.
You will be part of the Management team, which main focus is to deliver excellent customer experience. You will be working closely together with Customer Support, Technical Operations, Solutions Delivery, Human Resources, Finance and Product Development teams.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
· Overall general administration of Humanica’s assigned country payroll outsourcing services with the guidance of the Group CEO / Founder. Countries being Thailand, Singapore, Malaysia and Vietnam.
· Provide periodical reporting on the performance of the outsource operations of the assigned countries to the Group CEO / Founder on a monthly and quarterly basis.
· Manage Humanica business operations, payroll outsourcing and operations program.
· Define, propose and implement the company’s operations and outsourcing policy and processes for the assigned country, which must be approved by the Group CEO / Founder.
· Ensure all policies and processes are documented and maintained at all times as operational standards.
· Monitor the business operations and outsourced services or functions and manage the risks associated with the operations.
· Provide client support and account management services to existing clients to further enhance client satisfaction and engagement. Including owning the process of presenting QBR with existing clients.
· Monitor, report and propose changes to outsourcing policy and procedures due to changes in the company’s obligations with main focus on outsourcing guidelines in compliance with government / statutory regulations.
· You will ensure compliance to SOPs, regulatory updates and liaise with local statutory authority regards to local pension, insurance, tax and etc.
· Monitor, report and propose changes to increase on SLA performance of each outsource clients (where applicable)
· Provide leadership support to set up new client payrolls, perform data migration and conduct parallel payroll runs for assigned new projects together with the Solutions Delivery team.
· Work with the internal control functions on monitoring, identifying and remediating issues.
· Work with Humanica Group’s Legal & Compliance team to fulfil our obligations regarding protection of clients data.
· Reviewing internal operational policies and procedures to ensure they are continuously updated in line with industry standards and/or clients expectations.
· Supporting talent acquisition initiatives for new and replacement roles by participating in the drafting of JDs, shortlisting and interviewing of candidates.
· Monitoring team morale and providing feedback to help improve work environment.
· Training new employees on company policies and procedures.
· Working closely with the HR team to manage the learning needs of the team.
· Assigning work tasks to employees based on their job description, experience level and skill set
· Coordinating with payroll team to ensure payroll records are accurate
· Work collaboratively with the Regional Sales Director to support business development initiatives within the assigned country to enhance the Humanica brand within the industry and grow business revenue.
· Manage basic budgeting and expenses for country operations with the support from head-office Finance team
· Build, lead and manage Humanica team in an inspirational manner that supports a positive work culture.

JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Degree in Human Resources, Management or equivalent
- Minimum 10 years working experience in HR operations in a Shared Services set-up and/or Outsourcing environment within Asia
- Good working knowledge of HR operations and compliance for Thailand, Singapore, Malaysia and Vietnam.
- Posses payroll outsourcing project implementation experience for external clients is an advantage.
- Good working knowledge of HR systems preferably Humatrix, SunFish and/or Workplaze.
- Good communication skills in English and other languages is an advantage
