• Willing to work in Tuas.
• Supervising generator production and ensure quality work is done in safe and efficient manner.
• Liaising with other department such as Engineering, Procurement, (not limited) to develop plan that improve production, costs, and labor.
• Diagnosing problems in the production line and providing recommendation and training.
• Establishing safety procedures and protocols that take the worker well-being into account and also minimize carbon footprint.
• Keeping abreast of advancement in engineering and production and sharing knowledge with co-worker.
• Identifying, documenting, and reporting unsafe practices.
• Drawing up production schedules and budgets for projects.
• Schedule meetings with relevant department and stakeholders.
• Analyzing all facets of production and making recommendation for improvement.
• Obtaining any materials and equipment required.
1) Project Management
• Assist Data center project and work with all stake holder to ensure all related matter is close and delivery on time.
2) Production Procedure
• Ensure Production is up-to-date including all related process chart, check sheet, maintenance check sheet.
• Preparation of risk assessment document including organizing.
• Prepare any special request procedure for external use.
• Prepare Process Failure Mode and Effects Analysis (FMEA) for production.
• Review Production safety compliance.
• Attend monthly safety meeting and provide input to safety committee, update any new safety protocol into procedure and briefing to Production supervisor.
3) Production Down Time Report
• Prepare monthly Production down time report.
• Production time study for all the process and initiate improvement.
• Analyze downtime and proposal improvement action with related stake holder such as Engineering, QA, Procurement, Production and others.
4) SAP Process
• Perform raise Purchase Requisition for approval.
• Study and analyze production manhour and discuss with Supervisor for consistency.
5) Facility Improvement
• Renew and follow up expire MOM certification for lifting, compressor.
• Follow up forklift maintenance.
• Maintain production jig list and register.
• New facility proposal, scheduling and coordination to ensure project complete on time and meet specification including inspection and commissioning.
6) Witness Test Support
• Support and discuss with QA for comment related to production issue.
7) Calibration
• Review calibration record and update the calibration record list.
• Request quotation and arrangement calibration. Coordination with Production supervisor for arrangement.
Requirement
• Degree in Engineering (Mechanical/Electrical/Mechatronics).
• 3 - 5years of experience.
• Experience to read drawing.
• Proficiency in MS office.
• Analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills.
• Superb written and verbal communication skills.
