Position Overview:
As a Telemarketer at Gaia Aire Solutions, you will play a pivotal role in promoting and selling our advanced equipment solutions to a diverse client base. Your responsibilities will include engaging with potential and existing customers, understanding their unique needs, and effectively communicating how our products cater to their requirements.
Responsibilities:
1. Conduct outbound calls to potential clients within the Human Science, Animal Science, Commercial, and Industrial sectors.
2. Engage with decision-makers in hospitals, hospices, nursing homes, veterinary hospitals, clinics, and commercial establishments to promote our equipment solutions.
3. Utilize scripts and product knowledge to effectively communicate features, benefits, and pricing.
4. Identify customer requirements through strategic questioning and tailor solutions accordingly.
5. Build and maintain positive customer relationships through excellent communication and customer service.
6. Achieve and exceed sales targets by actively promoting our equipment solutions.
7. Keep accurate records of customer interactions, inquiries, and sales transactions in the company database.
Skills:
- Proven experience as a Telemarketer or in a similar sales role.
- Familiarity with equipment solutions in the Human Science, Animal Science, and Commercial and Industrial sectors is a plus.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to understand customer needs and present tailored solutions effectively.
- Goal-oriented with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Proficient in using CRM software and other relevant tools.
- Positive attitude, resilience, and the ability to handle rejection.
