Responsibilities
- Ensure smooth daily import and export operation
- Shipment booking arrangement and coordination
- Liaising with shipping companies, trucking companies and Depots to ensure on-time customer's shipments
- Liaising with customers on their respective bookings and enquiries
- Responsible for shipment invoice preparation including transportation, demurrage and other extra charges
- In-charge of forward booking, vessel departure and arrival date, depot in & out date, invoice details, quotation, cost update, tank status update
- Ensure compliance with company practices and relevant regulations
- Ad hoc duties as assigned
Requirements
- Bachelor or Diploma in Supply Chain Management or Maritime or equivalent
- At least 1 - 2 years of relevant working experience in tank container industry
