About the Team
The e-commerce industry has seen tremendous growth in recent years and has become a hotly contested space amongst leading Internet companies, and its future growth cannot be underestimated.
With millions of loyal users globally, we believe TikTok is an ideal platform to deliver a brand new and exciting e-commerce experience to our users. We are looking for passionate and talented people to join our product and operations team, to build an e-commerce ecosystem that is innovative, secure and intuitive for our users.
Responsibilities:
1. Define the user's shopping flow on the Tiktok platform, including but not limited to platform traffic distribution, centralized scenarios, channels, and e-commerce selling points delivery;
2. Develop different product strategies based on international scenarios and different user characteristics to improve user shopping satisfaction and e-commerce efficiency of the platform;
3. Discover the essential needs of users and be good at empathy, solve user pain points, promote cross-departmental cooperation, and coordinate all partners to achieve goals together.
Qualifications
1. Bachelor degree or above, more than 5 years working experience in user products;
2. The data is highly sensitive, quickly discover risks from the data, locate the cause, give a solution, and verify the result;
3. Relevant experience in homepage traffic, user strategy, channel gameplay, content interaction and other products is preferred;
4. Be able to identify problems and promote upstream and downstream teams, coordinate relevant resources and make rational use of them;
5. Experience in international product projects is preferred.
