Job Description:
- Work closely with key stakeholders, including local and foreign governments, international organizations, and public and private sector entities.
- Support the Market Director in representing and promoting company positioning by conceptualizing, planning, and coordinating public sector collaboration projects with foreign governments and local stakeholders.
- Cultivate strategic partnerships both internally and externally.
- Take the lead in managing the delivery of company projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to a high standard.
- Uphold company reputation with integrity.
Job Requirements:
- Possess at least a Diploma/Bachelor’s Degree/Post Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree in Others or an equivalent qualification.
- Demonstrate a positive attitude, meticulousness, and customer-oriented approach with strong multitasking and organizational abilities.
- Have a solid understanding of project management principles and procedures, demonstrating a task-oriented approach.
- Exhibit excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
- Showcase a track record in providing administrative and logistical support for project teams, including managing budgets, schedules, reports, and deliverables.
- Identify and foster new business opportunities in the region, fostering partnerships with international organizations, private sector companies, and government agencies.
- Conduct thorough research and analysis on the region's development needs and trends.
- Prepare and deliver meeting minutes and project progress reports, demonstrating a successful track record in managing complex projects.
- Assist in the development and implementation of project plans.
- Possess experience in administration, finance, project management, and consultancy, or related fields.
- Experience working with government agencies or private sector companies in the Central and South Asia or Eastern Europe region is advantageous.
- Entry-level candidates with high adaptability and a successful internship track record will be considered.
