We are hiring a Functional Consultant for WDX program with a focus on Asian sites (Singapore and Hong-Kong). It is a client facing position.
Job Responsibilities:
Project:
o Responsible of Jira Business backlog for WDX Asian implementations: epics, user stories, tasks, Kanban and Scrum boards
o Responsible Testing Asian WDX features and follow-up defect resolution with Indian and Switzerland development team
o Train champions and coordinate user acceptance tests with Azqore clients.
o Ensure deliverables are up to quality standards at the end of each sprint
Run: Owner of Asian Jira tickets functional and technical related to production issues > coordination with WDX India and Swiss teams supports for resolution
Communication: Local coordination with Asian Clients:
o Formalize requirements
o Help build a productive environment where Client ‘own’ the product and enjoy working on it
o Train key client users
Job Requirements:
o At least 3 years as a Business Analyst/ Consultant for software development
o At least 3 years’ experience in banking environment with a CLM or CRM exposure
o Exposure to Agile Scrum, Jira, Core banking system
o Abilty to interact, collaborate and develop effective relationships with WDX team members
o Ability to facilitate internal communication and effective collaboration
o Ability to work with product owners and development team to handle backlogs and new requests
o Ability to resolve conflicts and remove obstacles that occur
o Ability to help teams implement changes effectively and ensure deliverables are up to quality standards at the end of each sprint
o Knowledge of Software delivery life cycle, Splunk
o Possess high degree of organization, individual initiative, and personal accountability
o Possess excellent organizational and time management skills
