Supply Chain Management
- Liaison with government agencies/authorities for all regulatory requirements including (but not limited to) licenses, permits/approvals, and trade agreements etc in import/export of goods and materials
- Arrangement of freight shipments with forwarders
- Liaison with factories, freight forwarders and warehouses
- Tracking and managing of warehouse inventories
Operations Management
- Preparation of purchase/sales contracts, invoices, confirmations, and other documents
- Tracking and proper filing of prepared documentations
- Tracking and updating of purchase, sales and shipping information
- Preparation of operational reports
- Preparation of shipping documents
- Update daily data and support procurement/sales team where necessary
- Handle purchase and sales process from beginning to end
- Working closely with Financiers and provide all necessary documents and information required
- Computing financing costs and interests
- Forecasting and tracking of expenses
- To assist trade operations manager in any tasks
Stakeholders Management
- Support as and when required, client onboarding process, and static data maintenance.
- Handle queries and communications with overseas and local counterparts, sellers and customers
Skills/Requirements
- 1 year of experience in similar position
- Comfortable to travel overseas
- This role requires proficiency in English and Mandarin both Spoken & Written (you will be liaising with Chinese-speaking stakeholders who are only able to communicate in Mandarin)
- Candidates with knowledge and experience in import and export procedures are an advantage.

Salary, Leave and other benefits
- $3000 - $4000 (depends on experience)
- AWS + Performance bonus
- Annual Leave - 15 days and increment up to 20 days
