Duties & Responsibilities:
· Handle contracting filling & disseminate to respective departments
· Source suppliers and negotiate for the best rate for logistics and meal selection
· Prepare and arrange contract signing with suppliers for collaboration
· Plan & share relevant information on logistics and meal selection with respective departments
· Prepare marketing materials for meal selection
· Site inspection
· Handle the invoices from suppliers
· Prepare sales reports
· Handle complaints or feedback
· Any other ad-hoc tasks that may be assigned by the Company from time to time
Experience & Skill-set required:
· Diploma in Tourism or Hospitality studies or relevant Field
· Minimum 3 years of relevant work experience in Tourism or Hospitality industry
· Proficient in Microsoft office
· Ability to work under tight schedules with positive working attitude
· Independent, meticulous, team player, excellent interpersonal skill, positive work attitude
