Responsibilities
- Handle Order fulfilment, Orders processing and manage sales orders
- Generate sales order schedules
- To provide continuous post-sales support
- Monitor shipment, preparation and expediting of sales orders and invoices
- Sourcing drawings, technical information, and data as required
- Provide operational solutions and support in resolving enquires
- Prepare monthly sales reconciliation report
Qualification and Experience Requirements:
- Min Diploma in Business or Technical discipline
- 3-5 years of relevant sales support / order processing / customer service experience
