The VBA Data Analyst will be responsible for utilizing their expertise in VBA programming and data analysis to support the organization's Finance data-driven decision-making processes. This role will involve developing and maintaining VBA macros, automating data processes, and conducting data analysis to provide valuable insights and recommendations. The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of VBA, Excel, and data manipulation techniques, along with excellent problem-solving and communication skills

Salary up to $5,000
Duration: 6 Months Contract, extendable contract
Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain VBA macros and scripts to automate data analysis and reporting tasks.
- Extract, transform, and load data from various sources into Excel spreadsheets or databases using VBA.
- Collaborate with analysts to understand their data analysis requirements and develop VBA solutions accordingly.
- Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve issues in existing VBA code to ensure data accuracy and reliability.
- Design and implement Excel-based dashboards and reports to present findings and insights to stakeholders.
- Perform data cleansing, manipulation, and validation to ensure data quality and accuracy.
- Develop and maintain documentation for VBA code, processes, and workflows.
- Perform in-depth business analyses to identify trends, patterns, and insights that drive actionable recommendations.
- Create and maintain Power BI dashboards for key performance indicators (KPIs) to support decision-making processes.
- Provide expertise in data visualization techniques to present complex information in a clear and concise manner.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a VBA Developer or Data Analyst, with a strong focus on data manipulation and automation.
- Proficient in VBA programming, Excel formulas, and macros.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex datasets.
- Experience with data visualization tools and techniques.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including complex formula creation, pivot tables, and charting.
- Solid understanding of business processes and the ability to translate business requirements into effective data solutions
- Effective communication skills with the ability to convey complex information to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
