Job Description
- Provides administrative and operations support for various functions for the hospital.
- Manage operation and systems as well as review and improve the functional units in OSS/General Services
- Ensure timely review of service/lease/license contract terms and conditions and costs of services/contracts
- Assist with the department’s logistics, equipment and services including procurement, inventory, payments and records management
- Assist with the review and updating of the department’s policy, SOP documents, training plans for staff, emergency response plan for the department and financial budgeting
- Work with the various functions to manage and review the feedback/incidents and ensure corrective action and necessary follow-up
- Work with staff from various functions to initiate different types of projects (A & A, Rejuvenation, Improvement) and supervise their implementation
- Work closely with internal departments/clinics and external agencies to coordinate operations, compliances and collaborative partnerships
- Any other duties as specified by the supervisor
Key Requirements
- Bachelor Degree in any discipline
- 5 years or more of related working experience
