· Position: Supply Chain Assistant cum Personal Assistant
· Location: Loyang Walk (company transport provided)
· Working hours: Monday to Friday (9am - 6.15pm) & once a month Saturday (9am - 12pm)
· Salary (commensurate with experience): Up to $3,800 + Daily Meals Provided + Performance Bonus
· Duration: Permanent

Main Responsibilities:
· Follow up on behalf of MD for new customers enquiries & follow through on order confirmation
· Co-ordinate internal processes involving other business units (R&D and supply chain) for customer enquiries & sample requests
· Co-ordinate and handle specific export shipments
· Any other ad-hoc task assigned
Requirements:
· Bilingual in English and Mandarin to liaise with Chinese clients who can converse in Mandarin only
· Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
· Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with utmost discretion and professionalism
· Minimum Diploma and 1 year of relevant experience
