1) Check Planner
Roles and responsibilities
- Adherence to Planning milestones
- Liaise with relevant stakeholders and airlines on queries relating to the aircraft maintenance work package.
- Creation of aircraft maintenance check package revision through SAP
- Preparation and distribution of Works Program for the aircraft maintenance check.
- Preparation and distribution of Daily Shortage Sheet (DSS).
- Raising of Purchase Request (PR) for Purchase On Behalf (POB).
- Preparation and distribution of Planned Transit Listing for In-house and Out-house repair / exchange / overhaul.
- Managing and keeping track of KPIs related to aircraft check preparations
- Set up Input Meeting [virtual or physical meeting] including invitation of customer reps
Qualifications
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-intensity environment
- Team player with good interpersonal, problem solving and communication skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (in particular, having some experience working with Microsoft Excel and using simple formulas, filtering, sorting would be advantageous)
- Some SAP knowledge will be advantageous
- Related working experience in Base Maintenance / aircraft hangar work environment would be advantageous
- Ability to appropriately engage with customer (primarily via emails and phone calls)
- Ability to adhere to timelines and milestones
2) Planner (Standards)
Job Description:
- Preferred knowledge / experience in suite of TRAX application in Aviation Maintenance and Engineering such as eMRO, eMobility etc.
- Preferred experience in aircraft maintenance or maintenance check planning for AIRBUS and/or BOEING commercial aircraft.
- Proficient in MS Office suite and able to adapt to new software applications quickly.
- Perform data import, population, verification and assignment in TRAX environment and MS Excel.
- Confident to engage and work with people of different levels.
- Able to work under pressure and over the weekends at times.
