Job description - HR/TA intern
We are looking for efficient Interns to undertake a variety of HR-related duties. You will support daily HR functions like coordinating the interview and meetings. Also assist in hiring activities, and actively branding Kronos, and build connections with top talents in the market. You are expected to have excellent time management skills and administration with the ability to multitask and adapt in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities
- Assist with the company-wide survey form, including data collecting, organizing, and analyzing
- Coordinate the interviews and meeting arrangements
- Support and participate in recruiting campaigns and branding activities
- Candidate mapping in Quantitative Trading field
- Assist in other ad-hoc HR projects
Requirements
- Familiar with Google workplace and MS office
- HR/Administration/Campus campaign-related internship experience
- Excellent written & communication skills in English, it's a plus to have Chinese communication skills
- Organized, efficient, and have good interpersonal skills
- Detail oriented, and willing to learn new tasks and subjects
- Be able to work well under pressure while displaying a high level of drive and initiative
