The Role Responsibilities
The role holder is part of Wealth Management Core platform tribe and participate actively in the delivery of Core Platform tribe roadmap as well as lead/support the achievement of Tribe OKRs for the respective project support CAPE
As an empowered decision maker, Product expert is accountable for maximising the business value of their product. PE-specific responsibilities include:
· Is a core member of the squad, 100% dedicated to the role
· Ensure the voices of clients and relevant stakeholders are represented
· Optimise value delivery through continuous improvement, gathering feedback from relevant stakeholders / SMEs / customers and prioritisation of backlog and support project delivery
· Create transparency around progress, blockers, impediments, dependencies
· Present at all required ceremonies / events to provide early and continuous feedback and prioritisation
· Working with the Scrum Master and squad members to build an empowered, high performing team in a psychologically safe environment
· Ensure all artefacts and assurance deliverables are as per the required standards and policies (e.g. nWOWS, CGP)
· Ensure post project support and successful implementation, to be made fungible to continue wealth operation portfolio supporting complete operations activity
Strategy
· Maintain strong stakeholder engagement with WM Business, COO/ Operations, T&I, Risk & Compliance and Group Internal Audit to ensure alignment across stakeholder groups to support the tribe deliverables
Business
· Take personal responsibility for embedding the highest standards of ethics, including regulatory and business conduct, across Standard Chartered Bank. This includes understanding and ensuring compliance with, in letter and spirit, all applicable laws, regulations, guidelines and the Group Code of Conduct.

· Lead and support a change in mindset, building a culture of client centricity, agility, and accountability through standardised metrics and measurement

· Demonstrate and act as a role model of the Group’s values and culture in the region

Our Ideal Candidate
· 7+ years’ experience in a change/transformation role of a bank, or business analysis role
· Sound knowledge of working with technology project teams, if there is experience representing business, Operations head
· Strong skills in conceptual and quantitative problem-solving, aligning a broad range of stakeholders from multiple functions, and executing against a tightly defined timeline
· Deep knowledge of Financial Analysis and Business Markets
· Excellent professional skills, including verbal, presentation and written communication skills.
