Scope of Work
- Day to day key account management of BWF (Badminton World Federation) Partners (HSBC, TotalEnergies, etc..)
- Build and maintain positive relationships with key staff and third-party agencies of BWF Partners
- Acquire comprehensive understanding of BWF Partners’ industries, corporate cultures, competitive landscapes, business strategies and objectives, target audiences as well as distribution channels
- Define partnership objectives and KPIs; develop effective measurement criteria of the partnership
- In coordination with the Marketing Operations Manager, ensure flawless delivery of contractual rights of BWF Partners
- Support the development of best-in-class and innovative activation programs including conceptualization, planning, content creation, promotional development, media execution and event supervision
- Work in close collaboration with media, digital and production teams to identify activation opportunities, implement new rights
- Coordinate artwork approval including use of Sponsor branding in accordance with contracts and relevant Event Manuals
- Assist with the integration of BWF Partners in the agreed marketing and promotional campaigns developed around BWF Events
- Work in close collaboration with the Marketing Operations Manager to deliver the Ticketing and Hospitality program for BWF Partners
- Generate post-Event reports and necessary reporting required by clients. Work with in- house or 3rd party monitoring providers to effectively provide context and evaluation to sponsor campaigns in conjunction with BWF Events.
- In close partnership with the Financial team, support the invoicing process according to the contractual terms, and ensure payments are received on time
- In coordination with the department’s Head, propose ideas to maximize the ROI & ROO of the partnerships, and identify growth opportunities
- Provide innovative solutions to optimize the existing processes in order to deliver first-class services to BWF Partners
Requirements:
Educational background:
- Advanced education (university degree or master’s degree in business administration or marketing)
Experience:
- 5 years or more experience working in the sports, media or entertainment industries
- Demonstrable experience in managing high-value media, sponsorship or advertising accounts
- Agency background a plus
Skills & competencies:
- International experience, especially in Asia Pacific
- Excellent interpersonal and relationship skills
- Outstanding ability to develop and maintain good client relationships
- Fluency with media metrics as well as advertising and sponsorship valuations
- Sound organizational skills, with an eye for detail and execution of project planning.
- Strong analytic, communication, writing & drafting skills
- Excellent presentation skills
- Proficiency in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Microsoft CRM

- Interest in the sports business would be advantageous
- English fluently (written and oral)
- Proficiency in Asian languages a plus
