Responsibilities:
- Plan and execute creative, effective digital marketing campaigns including SEO, SEM, display advertising, social media and email marketing for lead generation
- Stay abreast of emerging digital tools and platforms, digital marketing trends, new technologies and propose new initiatives for effective online advertising (not limited to Google, Facebook & LinkedIn)
- Enhance performance marketing by leveraging AI and data analytics to drive more targeted reach and higher conversion
- Develop content strategy and articles (website, newsletter, email campaigns, social media posts, long-form articles, thought-leadership content) for brand awareness and consideration
- Conduct research on property market trends, brand’s audiences and competitors and align with company’s marketing strategy to drive engagement and conversion
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure that marketing campaigns are aligned with overall business objectives and provide regular updates and reports to senior management
Job Qualifications
- Minimum Diploma in Marketing, Mass Communications or a related field.
- At least 3 years’ relevant experience with strong marketing background, with the ability to juggle multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent written, verbal communications, leadership, and teamwork skills.
- Familiar with the spectrum of marketing communications activities with an eye for design and details
- Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms.
