Job Description:


1. Global Game Developer Collaboration: Build positive collaborations with game developers worldwide, seeking partnership opportunities, and expanding the company's strategic cooperation in the game publishing domain.


2. Team Building: Lead and inspire a multicultural team, aiding the company in achieving globalization. Ensure cohesive teamwork, working towards common goals in the global market.


3. Formulate Overseas Publishing Strategy: Determine and execute the publishing strategy for games in international markets, including market positioning, channel selection, and promotional strategies. Ensure the publishing strategy aligns with the characteristics of the global market.


4. Market Analysis and Insight: Deeply understand the global game market, analyse competitors, and provide real-time feedback on market trends and opportunities. Guide the company in making flexible strategies to respond to market changes using data analysis and market research.


5. Brand Promotion: Develop and execute international marketing plans to enhance the visibility and user engagement of the games globally. Use various promotional methods to shape the game brand image and encourage user attention and participation.


6. Product Optimization: Assist partners in refining products to increase the success rate of product publishing. Provide targeted product improvement suggestions based on a thorough understanding of market demand and user feedback.


7. Participation in Industry Events: Attend global game industry-related events and exhibitions, establish industry relationships, and expand the company's influence and collaboration opportunities in the global gaming community. Actively engage in industry activities to stay informed about the latest trends and identify potential partners.



Job Requirements:


1. Gaming Industry Experience: Extensive work experience in the gaming industry, demonstrating a profound understanding of the global gaming market.


2. Team Leadership: Outstanding leadership and management skills, capable of inspiring team enthusiasm and fostering a collaborative spirit.


3. International Market Experience: Experience working in overseas markets, familiarity with the business environment, and culture of the global gaming market.


4. Partnership Building: Exceptional skills in building and maintaining partner relationships, capable of establishing strong ties with global distribution channels.


5. Innovative Thinking: Possess innovative thinking and problem-solving skills, adapt quickly to market changes, and propose corresponding adjustment strategies.


6. Market Insight: Sharp insight into global gaming market trends and opportunities, capable of formulating corresponding business development plans.
