- As a Payroll and HR Administration Specialist, your role encompasses managing the monthly payroll process, overseeing pay-related matters, and providing valuable support to HRBPs in onboarding and offboarding activities.
- You will handle staff movement announcements, administer the Learning Management System (LMS), and manage funding claims with relevant authorities.
- Additionally, responsibilities include preparing various reports, such as payroll and management reports, and ensuring compliance with quarterly subvention reporting.
- You will also oversee staff medical insurance benefits, conduct briefings for new hires on insurance claims, and provide essential assistance in organizing staff events.
- Your contribution will extend to assisting in audits to ensure adherence to established standards and regulations.

Requirements
- Diploma or Degree in Human Resource with min 2 years of relevant experiences
- Preferably with IHRP-CA or IHRP-CP
- Good knowledge of relevant legislations e.g. Employment Act, CPF Act, etc
- Meticulous
- Preferably with Timesoft Payroll experience
