Job Description
- Ensure timely and appropriate resolution of enquiries and requests that come through the Patient Liaison Centre (PLC).
- Liaise with external parties and internal departments for safe and appropriate referral of patient for outpatient appointment as per the hospital’s protocols and procedures.
- Carry out any other administrative duties required at PLC.
Key Requirements
- Minimally Diploma from a recognized institution
- At least two years’ working experience in clerical or administrative duties, preferably in healthcare industry.
