Join our team clients team to provide L2 Application Production Support for global Supply Chain and Trade Finance applications in the Asia Pacific region.
Job Responsibilities:
- Collaborate in a 24/7 L2 Production Support team.
- Support worldwide Supply Chain and regional Trade Finance systems.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex production issues independently.
- Perform root cause analysis and coordinate with teams for issue resolution.
- Respond to User Requests, Incidents, and manage Problems promptly.
- Communicate issue status to stakeholders.
- Contribute to preventive monitoring, Change Management, and Disaster Recovery.
Job Requirements:
- Expertise in ORACLE PL/SQL.
- Strong troubleshooting skills, UNIX/Linux familiarity.
- Understanding of JAVA/J2EE web-based applications.
- Experience with various technologies (Firewalls, Load Balancers, etc.).
- Knowledge of Security Practices, ITSM (ServiceNow), and ITIL.
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related field.
- 5-6 years of relevant experience with a focus on continuous improvement in application production support.
