Job Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative support to CEO office
  • Prepare the reports and presentations
  • Responsible for CEO’s travel arrangement
  • Coordinate and work closely with respective managers to follow-up on existing clientele and compute any necessary reports
  • Actively following up with internal staff regarding business commercial activities
  • Provide market analysis and share with the team
  • Submission of the expenses and claims
  • Takes meeting minutes
  • Manages CEOs calendar
  • Ad-hoc assignments assigned by the CEO
