* Proven experience as construction Supervisor or similar role
* Familiar in constuction site environments
* Organizational and leadership abilities
* Self-motivated with a results-driven approach
* Problem-solving skills with team work
* Able to work longer hours with prolonged period of standing.
* Must work on weekends/PH.
Responsibilities
* Plan to do daily/weekly/monthly objectives and communicate them to employees
* Organize workflow by assigning responsibilities and preparing schedules
* Preparing tools & equipments for day by day activities.
* Oversee and coach employees
* Identify issues in efficiency and suggest improvements
* Enforce strict safety guidelines and company standards
