They work hand-in-hand to serve our extensive clientele through in-house media production, digital marketing, inside sales consulting, research, insights, and client support.
Job Description
1. Leadership & Supervision:
- Oversee the performance and activities of property agents in the agency.
- Foster a culture of professionalism and continuous improvement among agents.
- Conducting training for salespeople.
2. Regulatory Compliance:
- Ensure strict compliance with policies and regulations set by the Council for Estate Agencies (CEA).
- Act as the primary point of contact between the agency and CEA, facilitating effective communication and compliance.
- In charge of Annual renewal of Estate licence and all salesperson licence in Realty.
3. Professional Development & Training:
- Drive professional leadership within the agency.
- Keep the team informed and updated on industry policies, practices, and changes in a timely manner.
- Actively collaborate with other external industry players to better the Real estate industry.
4. Sales Strategy & Execution:
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve annual sales targets.
- Monitor market trends and adjust strategies to maximize sales and profitability.
- Managing relationships with developers, vendors and partners.
5. Operational Management:
- Coordinate operational activities to meet sales targets and company objectives.
- Maintain sales volume by tracking market trends and competitor activities.
6. Team Building & Performance Management:
- Provide hands-on supervision and coaching to the sales team.
- Evaluate performance and implement strategies to enhance team effectiveness.
- Recruitment of new and experienced Salespersons.
Requirements:
- Minimum 4 GCE 'O' Levels passes or equivalent.
- Pass in Real Estate Agency (REA) examination or equivalent within the last 2 years.
- At least 3 years of experience in estate agency work.
- Compliance with Central Provident Fund (CPF) Board requirements.
- No conflicts of interest with responsibilities as a KEO.
- Not holding a moneylender's licence or associated with a licensed moneylender.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 3 years of experience in the Real Estate industry.
- Proven track record in sales and leadership.
- Hands-on experience in client interactions and project management
- Strong leadership and team-building skills.
- In-depth knowledge of real estate sales principles and practices.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to influence and drive cross-functional teams.
