Job Responsibilities
-Provide clients with pre-sales and after-sales technical support services;
-Provide professional technical training for clients;
-Responsible for the establishment of Singapore technical team, develop a sound training plan and management mechanism to train technical personnel;
-Cooperate with business personnel to complete the market development work. Visit clients, attend exhibitions, seminars and other activities;
-Responsible for the communication and implementation of project requirements and localization requirements, and provide clients with system solutions;
-Promote the optimization and upgrading of products, so that products better match the Singapore market demand;
-Conduct new device testing experience and track devcie testing problems; Analyze competing products;
-Responsible for tracking and handling all kinds of device problems, and solved the device problems in time.
