Job Responsibilities:
- Lead the shift team to attend to all works related to ACMV system
- Perform investigation and rectification works and to update to the Engineer or Manager
- Ensure documentation related to the rectification works are updated as required
- Plan, perform and ensure all preventive maintenance works - as requried - are carried out according to the maintenance programs and procedures.
- Ensure that all documentation for preventive maintenance works are properly updated and recorded, and all defects are adequately follow through till resolution.
- Coordinate and supervise specialist vendors or contractors on any preventive maintenance works, installation works, ad-hoc works as accordingly to the requirement
- Prepare quotation on any repairs, replacement or improvement works for submission
- Attend to meeting or discussion with client on daily work activity or any improvement works
- Carry out any ad-hoc maintenance or repair work as assigned
- Ensure safety first when carrying out maintenance works
- Any other adhoc assignments as assigned.
Requirements:
- Minimum NITEC certificate in Building Services, Mechanical/Electrical Engineering
- Able to work independently and possesses good interpersonal skills
- Preferably 3 years of relevant facilities & management experience
- Minimum 2 years of experience in supervisory role
- Has a good safety mindset and displays good WSH behaviour
