Job Description
- Develop and manage the daily operations of the online education services of student recruitment and enrolment.
- Understand company performance goals and be responsible for developing and implementing student recruitment and conversion strategies in Singapore and SEA.
- Use big data to identify and analyze risk and create a strategic plan to turn risk into opportunities.
- Manage, plan, and coordinate local and SEA outreach events.
- Build and manage a solid network of recruitment agents and channel partners to increase market share.
- Identify and create digital/AI technology solutions to inspire interest and interactive online learning platforms to enhance productivity and engagement.
- Align with the Company’s vision to drive and apply new technology solutions (digital and AI) to conduct online education services in Singapore and SEA.
- Partner with internal leadership and external stakeholders to spearhead innovative AI projects.
Job Requirements
- A master’s degree in computer science, information systems, and AI.
- At least 5 years of relevant working experience in online education services and a senior management capacity.
- Relevant experience in managing multi-projects and ability to execute/achieve projects on time and within budget.
- Strategic thinking skills with a broad perspective of different issues.
- Good English and Chinese communication skills (both written and verbal), negotiation, and influence skills as this position needs to present his/her solutions to the senior management team, who are primarily Chinese-speaking.
- Ability to act as a change agent.
- Proven knowledge of AI and its potential.
- Be able to work as an individual contributor and report for duty before the end of Feb 2024.
