Roles & Responsibilities

  • The company is seeking a Manager who can support the Senior Manager in the smooth running of The companyStakeholders Engagement & Communication team.
  • He/She will need to gain a good understanding of the overview of The company Services provided to engage clusters to present in GCIOs’ updates and address their queries.
  • He/She is expected to establish excellent Cluster relationships, setting and managing cluster expectations, understanding individual cluster needs to successfully deliver each project/ and to help them be successful in their roles.
  • Reporting to the Senior Manager and supporting the wider The company Infra team, you will be expected to address the day-to-day management queries, having regular communication and liaison with Cluster and their representatives at all levels.
  • He/She is expected to present and report the cluster’s spending and utilization monthly and be exposed to clusters up to a senior level. You take pride in working with the team to deliver exceptional, high-quality work, working closely with Central, Infra, Cluster Infra, Cloud & 1LOD teams. You will be someone the internal teams trust to get the job done.


Requirements/Qualifications

  • Establish and expand relationships with key accounts
  • Work closely with The company Infra Teams and clusters to explore cost optimization by providing data analysis and insights into the utilization and budget.
  • Maintain account information for key stakeholders involved to support the workflow
  • Attend Steering Committee meetings involving key stakeholders in the clusters to present useful insights towards cost optimization
  • Prepare presentations on a regular basis on the performance of clusters’ utilization by using data analytics to identify insights and recommendations for future activities
  • Excellent organizational skills and able to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Demonstrated track record of client relationship development and service
  • Solid numerical/financial understanding with excellent analytical skills
  • Must be proactive, have good initiative and an excellent communicator both verbal and written
  • Must maintain an entrepreneurial mindset
  • Proficient in Word, Excel, Access, Outlook and PowerPoint
