<Responsibilities>
- To greet and assist guests upon arrival and departure including courtesy calls
- To support the department in managing the inbound travel operations of FIT/Groups originating from Japan & other regions.
- To coordinate and assist with special requests and arrangements.
- To provide Customer Service i.e. After Office Hour hotline handling on Duty Rotation basis
- To develop and maintain strong relationships with guests to enhance their experience.
- To monitor guest feedback and take proactive steps to resolve issues and enhance guest satisfaction.
- To be accountable and responsible for the overall service delivery i.e. onsite service
- To ensure understanding and compliance with all Travel policy and operational procedures in all markets.
<Requirements>
- Candidates must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree in any field (preferably Travel and Tourism or equivalent).
- Min. 3 years relevant working experience with in-depth Inbound Travel Industry knowledge and experience with creative flair and good organisational skills
- Exceptional negotiation and superior communication skills
- Proven experience in dealing with Japanese FIT & Groups
- Results driven with exceptional quality focus
- Proficient in Japanese Language, an added advantage, in order to communicate effectively with Japanese clients
