JOB DESCRIPTION
- Manage a portfolio of corporate secretarial clients, and ensure statutory books are in order and updated for the company’s portfolio of clients.
- Handle full spectrum of company secretarial duties, including the incorporation of new legal entities, ensuring compliance with the requirements of the Companies Act and other relevant laws
- Liaise with, advise clients, and prepare the necessary documents on entity formation, entity statutory administration, work passes, and other related matters
- Attend to routine of officers, share transfer and allotment, updating registers and minute book etc.
- Perform customer due diligence for on boarding and on-going monitoring
- Liaise and respond to clients’ requests and queries regarding corporate secretarial matters.
- Assist to remind clients on deadline of holding Annual General Meeting for their portfolio of clients.
- Follow-up with client on the return of documents and forms and ensuring submission of statutory forms and documents to the Accounting and Corporate Regulatory Authority and IRAS within the stipulated deadline.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Preferably of minimum 1 year of relevant working experience in corporate secretarial work
- Training provided for fresh graduates / entry level
- Must have good computer skills especially in Microsoft Word, Excel and PDF editor
- Positive working attitude with strong initiatives and a team player
- Detail oriented and able to multitask
- Organized, meticulous and result-oriented personality who is willing to learn and improve
- Holding or currently pursuing corporate secretarial qualifications would be advantageous
