Job Description
· Monitor Contractors’ manhours and progress, site meetings, technical bids evaluations, schedule updating and monthly & fortnightly reports preparation
· Supporting AWP (advanced work packaging) procedure preparation and implement, helping contractors to develop it and follow it strictly
· Preparation of EPC procurement and subcontract tracker, DMRS set up (Level 4 schedule), overall manpower, develop Productivity and S-curves
· Analysis critical path highlight potential delays may occur, what impact will be. Discussing with engineering leads/ Project managers to solve those issues to meet the key deliverable dates.
· Attend all necessary meetings (internal & external) related to planning activities. Ensure actions arising from meetings are followed-up through to close-out.
· Liaise with Cost Controllers to ensure consistency of information
Requirements
· Qualification: Diploma or Degree in Engineering preferable in Mechanical/ Electrical
· Experienced Primavera P6 user with minimum 3-5 years of project planning experience using P6Experience in chemical plant.
· Ability to understand standard work scopes of Mechanical, Civil, Structure, instruments, electrical and piping as well as their interdependency .
· Ability to work independently and communicate clearly and able to work at site environment
