Job Details:
• Basic salary range - $3,200 - $3,500 + KPI/Team Allowance ($150) + Skillset Allowance $300 (Pass all papers and answer questions correctly)
• Working Location: Tampines
• Working Days & Hours: Mon to Fri ONLY - 830AM - 530PM / 9AM - 6PM / 930AM - 630PM (3 Rotation Shifts)
Responsibilities:
• Attend to insurance enquiries via inbound call/email
• Provide excellent customer service
• Provide policy recommendations
Requirements:
• Have obtained at least a GCE 'O' or 'N' Level.
• Preferable with BCP, PGI and HI certificates
• Preferable with at least 1 year of call centre experience in any industry
