Responsibilities:
- Oversees operations of the outlet, ensuring compliance with health, safety, food handling, and hygiene standards
- Motivates staff and maintains an open channel of communication between the staff and management
- Hires and trains staff
- Organizes and oversees the staff schedules
- Ensures customer satisfaction, handles and resolves customer complaints
- Manages and maintains stock inventory
- Reports daily sales
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in Food & Beverage industry
- Supervisory and leadership skills
- Good skills with a focus on customer service
- Experienced with food handling, safety, and other restaurant guidelines - Singaporean
- Able to start work immediately
Working hours : 10am to 10pm
11am to 11pm
6 days work week
Location outlet : East area
