Responsibilities
- Overseeing daily operations and ensuring the smooth functioning of the office.
- Handling incoming and outgoing communication, including emails, phone calls, and mail.
- Maintaining and organizing records, files, and documents.
- Coordinating and scheduling appointments, meetings, and events.
- Providing administrative assistance to various departments and staff members.
- Managing employee records and handling basic HR-related tasks.
- Processing invoices, expense reports, and managing petty cash.
- Overseeing office technology, including computers, printers, and other equipment.
Troubleshooting basic technical issues or coordinating with IT support. - Organizing company events, meetings, and conferences.
Coordinating logistics, catering, and other event-related details.
Requirements
- A BachelorĀ“s Degree in Business Administration/Maritime Studies or any related field
- At least three years of experience in a similar role
- Excellent written and verbal knowledge of the English language
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team, demonstrating a proactive and collaborative approach
- Strong proficiency in MS Office Applications, particularly Excel, Word, and Power Point
