The Opportunity

  • Salary Range: $2,200 to $3,000
  • Location: Central
  • Working hours: Rotating shifts, 6 days a week

Job Scope

  • Managing of the Customer Service Counter and handling customers with excellent customer service.
  • Performing of facility inspections, paging and in-house announcements.
  • Upselling and promoting the company’s various digital platforms and loyalty programs.
  • Skillfully handle customers’ enquiries, feedback and complaints via the customer service counter and telephone.
  • Any other ad-hoc/ admin assigned

Requirements

  • GCE’O’ Levels and above
  • Previous customer service experience is preferred.
  • Computer literate to handle administrative tasks and technology related enquiries.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills to facilitate a professional customer experience.
