Job Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough market research to identify potential growth opportunities and market trends within the co-living industry.
- Analyze competitor activities and market conditions to develop strategies for market differentiation.
- Develop and implement comprehensive business development strategies to achieve revenue and growth targets.
- Collaborate with the executive team to align business development goals with overall company objectives.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with property owners, real estate developers, and investors to secure partnerships and collaboration opportunities.
- Negotiate and finalize contracts, ensuring favourable terms for the company.
- Oversee the development and implementation of co-living projects from inception to completion.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create and implement effective marketing strategies to promote co-living services.
- Enhance the brand image and visibility of the company in the co-living market.
- Stay informed about relevant laws and regulations in the real estate and co-living sectors.
- Ensure that all co-living projects comply with legal and regulatory requirements.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in business, Real Estate, Marketing, or a related field. MBA is a plus.
- Minimum 3 years Proven experience in business development, real estate, or a related field
- Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
- Results-oriented with a track record of achieving business development targets.
