Responsibilties:
- Representing APAC market to drive growth in Sales, Profit and ROS.
- Represent Product & Supplier Management (PSM) at all Regional , Global and Local Leadership Meetings in the region stated
- Responsible for managing the formulation of the end to end commercial plan for Asia Pacific working together with the Local leadership teams, APAC regional teams and project manage the execution of the plans .
- Responsible for leading engagement across Product & Supplier Management, Inventory Management, Pricing, Content, Sales, Marketing & Suppliers to capture local insight and deliver the PSM strategy
- Accountable for the delivery of APAC supplier contracts and commercial terms in line with the APAC strategy, while working with Global teams
- Accountable to formulate the quarterly Commercial plan that will capture but not limited to the Marketing plans, Digital plans, Okdo Plans, Sales Effectiveness plans
Requirements:
- Degree in Engineering / Business
- Strong Strategic Sourcing and Negotiation
- Experience in Automation / Industrial or related industry
- Strong leadership
