- Participate in the recruitment process, including screening, interview arrangements, and related tasks for new hires.
- Conduct staff orientation, prepare appointment letters, and manage documentation for new employees.
- Administer employee benefits, including medical records, insurance claims, leave system, and annual leave forecasts.
- Maintain accurate and confidential personnel records for all staff.
- Handling visa issuance and termination
- Calculate and verify payroll for workers, including overtime calculations.
- Handling purchasing duties
- Provide support in sales and finance department
- Other ad-hoc duties as assigned.
Requirements:
- Diploma or Degree in HR or equivalent.
- 2 years of relevant working experience
- Excellent communication skills
- Good team player
