- Establish and manage partnerships with stakeholders, volunteers, donors, and supporters to ensure quality services for clients.
- Strengthen relationships with current volunteers, contributors, and supporters, including corporations, churches, and individuals.
- Focus on educating the community and society on the importance of a healthy family environment in raising well-adjusted children.
- Increasing the number of volunteers and donors, maintaining close communication with them, and managing donations to ensure they receive assistance.
- Create a fundraising strategy, implement policies, conduct fundraising events, and evaluate event outcomes.
- Managing volunteer placement, educating volunteers on satisfaction, training, and matching.
- Supports and advocates the vision, mission, values, work, and ministry among churches, the community, and society.
- Build a strong brand through various outlets, managing publication distribution, and performing other tasks as assigned by the Head of Home.
Requirements:
- With 1-2 years of experience in related working experience.
- Strong interpersonal skills and organizational skills
- Able to prioritize and manage tasks.
With strong team management and leadership skills.
