Responsibilities / Requirements include:
- Handle day-to-day financial transactions, such as invoices, receipts, and payments and record transactions in the accounting system.
- Organize and maintain financial documents, including invoices, receipts, and bank statements so that management is able to retrieve documents for audits or reference.
- Manage and maintain complete and accurate financial records for an organization.
- Record and classify financial transactions, including revenue, expenses, assets, and liabilities.
- Manage Accounts Payable and Receivable.
- Prepare financial reports, perform research and analysis, maintain the general ledger, perform account reconciliations, assist with audit preparations, and carry out other accounting duties as may be required.
- Prepare accounting reports and their results.
- Analyze the financial statements for any discrepancies and issues.
- Manager bookkeepers and other accountants.
- Provide support in the month-end and year-end closing process.
- Provide support in tax return and tax audit.
- Develop financial procedures to improve efficiency.
- Present financial reports to higher management and accountants.
Job Requirements:
- At least 2-3 years working experience in an accounting firm;
- Candidates with experience working in the finance departments of small enterprises are preferred;
- Candidates with Million accounting system would be an advantage;
- Salary is negotiable;
- Strong Excel experience;
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a strong command of written and spoken English and Mandarin to liaise with Chinese Speakers.
