You will be responsible to assist with the efficient running of the department in line with Hyatt brand standards, whilst meeting employee, guest and owner expectations. The Team Leader - Front Office / Grand Club is responsible to assist to ensure the smooth and efficient running of the Front Office / Grand Club within the Rooms Division.
- Candidates with Diploma / Degree in Hospitality / Tourism Management or equivalent will be preferred.
- Minimum 2 years work experience in hotel operations.
- Possess good customer relations, communications and interpersonal skills.
- Able to work shifts, weekends and public holidays.
