Finance
· Group financial reporting and analysis
· Prepare monthly Group consolidation and quarterly SGX reporting
· Prepare board slides and board papers
· Monitor cash balances and cashflow forecast
· Able to prepare full set of accounts at company level
· Maintain relationships with external/internal auditors, consultants, bankers and advisors
· Assist in financial planning and budgeting
· Assist in annual tax return and other tax matters
· Assist in the evaluation and due diligence of potential acquisitions, leases, management contracts and franchise agreements of hotels
Risk management
· Develop and maintain reliable internal control systems
· Ensure compliance with all legal and regulatory requirements
· Maintain appropriate insurance coverage
Requirements:
· Degree-qualified or CA/CPA with 3-5 years of relevant experience in Singapore listed companies
· Experience in hospitality industry is preferred
· Able to work independently
· Rigorous commitment to accuracy and detail
· Proficiency in Microsoft office applications
