We are seeking a proactive and creative individual to join our team as a Hotel Guest Experience Manager. This role focuses on enhancing guest experiences through the organization and management of upcycling workshops, DIY activity stations, and external vendor collaborations. The ideal candidate should possess excellent organizational skills, a passion for sustainability, and a knack for curating engaging guest activities. The role also involves inventory management, customer service, and digital marketing responsibilities. This is a dynamic position that requires both onsite and remote work.
Key Responsibilities:
Social Media Manager
- Maintain and update ITWL’s social media accounts
- Monitor social media data for business analytics
Customer Service and Communication
- Address and resolve guest complaints and feedback promptly.
Inventory Management
- Manage guest experience supplies inventory
- Collate guest feedback on guest experience supplies and update offerings
Assist Operations Manager with daily operations
- Duties include, and are not limited to, housekeeping, guest check-in/out, general cleaning
Qualifications and Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree/Diploma in Hospitality Management, Event Management, or a related field.
- Proven experience in organizing workshops or events.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Strong creative thinking and problem-solving abilities.
- Passion for sustainability and upcycling.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Proficient in using social media platforms and website management.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Flexibility to work weekends and adapt to changing schedules.

Salary:
$2,800.00 - $3,200.00 per month
