Roles & Responsibilities:
- Responsible for the full spectrum of Human Resource functions which includes recruitment, employment, payroll, administration, compensation and benefits, and any other HR related matters for internal company support.
- Process the employee life cycle which includes new staff onboarding, orientation, probation, confirmation, promotion/transfer process, exit interview and ensure any letter in regards to the employees are prepared in a timely manner.
- Assist recruitment which includes job posting, resume screening, arrange interview and conduct interview with shortlisted candidates.
- Handle clients's monthly payroll processing and CPF submission.
- Respond to internal employees’ queries on client's work pass application and payroll service related matters.
Job Requirement:
- Candidate must possess minimum Diploma/Degree in Human Resource Management or equivalent.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Applications.
- Strong verbal & written communication and able to interact with people at all levels.
- Meticulous and good working attitude.
- Able to work independently or with minimal supervision.
- Must have a good knowledge of labour laws and legislations in Singapore.
- Have regional knowledge of labour laws outside of Singapore is a plus.
- Minimum 4 years' hands-on experience in the payroll function.
