Responsibilities:

• Oversee and ensure smooth operations of all tenancy/agreement matter that are under your portfolio including but not limited to generating of invoices, updating of sales report & Occupancy report, stamping of agreement etc.
• Responsible for vetting and reviewing of agreements and contracts.
• Liaise with landlords and tenants on all tenancy matters.
• Collaborate with other departments to resolve work issues.
• Follow up on the insurance policies for tenant.
• Preparation of monthly/quarterly reports.
• Provide customer service support.
• Perform any ad-hoc duties as assigned by your superior.


Requirements:

• Minimum Diploma in Business Admin or related field
• At least 2 years of related experience in similar capacity will be an advantage.
• Team player with positive work attitude.
• Able to multi tasks, pro-active and meticulous.
• Excellent communication skills is preferred
• Able to work in fast-paced environment
