The Design Associate is part of the local management team and focussed on project acquisition and project design leadership. The Design Associate will also be a part of the management team and ensure a good collaboration regarding resources, common projects, market initiatives etc.
Your key responsibilities will be:
· Project acquisition and leadership.
· Financial performance of specific projects.
· Team leadership in the international business.
· Marketing and business development for the international business.
· Support developing and driving the design culture, approach and language for the local and global business.
· Support and drive the technical excellence initiatives including research and development (R&D) initiatives for the local and global business.
Skills and qualifications:
· Relevant masters degree or relevant qualification.
· A minimum of 5 years’ experience and experience leading projects.
· Strong technical design skills.
· Strong business development skills.
· Experience with digital packages including CSI (Etabs, SAP2000), Rhino/Grasshopper and related design packages.
