JOB DESCRIPTION
- Provide support and assistance in day-to-day corporate secretarial matters
- Assist in preparing resolutions and minutes of meetings
- Regularly review/update and maintain proper records of clients’ KYC/CDD compliance
- Maintain proper updates of companies’ registers and statutory records
- Ensure compliance with relevant statutory and regulatory requirements by both the company and clients
- Maintaining company and clients’ common seals/company stamps record
- Data entry and update the Company’s computer system for corporate secretarial software
- Working as a team within the corporate secretarial department to ensure timely progression of workflow, quick turnaround time of clients’ work and maintaining high level clients’ services
- Other ad-hoc duties or assignments
REQUIREMENTS
- Prior experience in corporate secretarial work is a great advantage but inexperienced candidates with relevant certs are welcome as well
- Possess Degree/Diploma in Business Administration or Law
- Holding or currently pursuing corporate secretarial qualifications (SAICSA) would be advantageous
- Excellent written and spoken communication skills in English
- Pro-active, a good team player and able to work independently
