Physiotherapist/ Senior Physiotherapist
Working closely with the multidisciplinary healthcare team, your goal will be to ensure a seamless delivery of care to patients. Your primary focus will be providing physiotherapy services to patients, aiding in their optimal recovery, and educating their caregivers about the patient's condition and proper care.
Your main responsibilities will encompass:
1. Supervising and developing the team
2. Implementing therapy interventions and educating clients
3. Engaging in continuous education and research initiatives
4. Assessing clients and devising appropriate therapy plans
5. Overseeing risk management and maintaining quality standards
6. Managing specialized areas of clinical services
7. Handling clinical administration and operational tasks
To qualify for this position, you should possess the following:
1. A recognized Diploma/Degree in Physiotherapy
2. Full registration with the Allied Health Professions Council
3. More than 3 years of experience as a Physiotherapist, preferably in a community setting
4. Ability to work effectively in both team and independent settings
5. Experience in project management
6. Strong management, leadership, and problem-solving skills
